About Me

I’ve Spent My Career Inside Stuck Companies.
That’s Where You Learn the Unstuck.

In 11 years, I mostly worked with startups that were struggling, stuck, or slowly failing. Not the shiny “rocketship” ones.
The kind where nothing works properly, plans change every month, and everyone is trying to survive.
At the time, it felt like a bad career choice. In hindsight, it was the best education I could have gotten.

When you work only in broken systems, you start seeing patterns. You learn why marketing doesn’t work. Why products don’t move. Why teams stay busy but go nowhere. And why most advice from books and LinkedIn doesn’t survive contact with reality.
UnstuckMBA is my attempt to write down what I learned the hard way — and help others avoid staying stuck longer than they need to.

2017 – It failed. Learned what not to do

2017 – Tried teaching.

2019 – Learnt the skill of articulation & make it simple

2019 – Became a content designer.

2021 – Learned that words don’t fix bad products.

2021 – Growth specialist.

2023 – Learned that growth doesn’t come from hacks.
